Pool parts,
matched to your exact equipment.
Send us the equipment label or the part number off the old part. A real pool tech finds the exact replacement and emails you a quote, typically within 1 business day.
- Matched by real pool techs
- Quotes typically within 1 business day
- Fit and price confirmed before you pay
Shop by category
Pick your equipment. Every category has a full guide, and every part is quoted to your exact model.
Matched by real pool techs
A pool tech checks your labels and photos against the right part for your equipment before we quote, so you avoid wrong orders and return hassles.
The whole equipment pad
One place for pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, valves and lights across the major pool equipment brands.
Price and fit confirmed first
A tech confirms the part fits your equipment, and you see the price before you pay. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote.
Help after it arrives
Shipping and tracking updates by email, a check-in after delivery, and if a part we sold you doesn't fix the problem, your follow-up video call is half price.
How ordering a part works
Five simple steps. No guessing from part photos, no wrong orders.
- 1
Send your model and part info
Use the form below. A clear photo of the equipment label (pump motor, filter tank, heater rating plate or salt cell), plus the old part if you have it, is the best thing you can send.
- 2
A tech identifies the exact part
We match it to your equipment, voltage, plumbing size and controller, so you don't end up with a part that almost fits.
- 3
Quote, typically within 1 business day
Your quote typically arrives by email within 1 business day (24 hours), with the price, availability and shipping options. A tech confirms fit with you, and nothing is ordered until you approve.
- 4
Pay by secure link
Approve the quote and pay through a secure Square payment link. Your card details never touch our site.
- 5
It ships to you
We offer multiple shipping options depending on availability (in stock, back order or special order). Your quote shows the options and timing. We email you tracking when it ships and check in after it arrives.
Where to find your model, serial and part numbers
This is the most useful thing you can send us. One clear photo of the label on the equipment (or the old part) is perfect.
Pumps, heaters & salt cells
- Pumps have a label on the motor with model, horsepower, voltage and amps. Variable-speed pumps also have a label on the drive.
- Heaters have a rating plate, usually inside the access panel or on the side, with model and serial numbers.
- Salt cells and chlorinators have a label on the cell and on the control box.
- Turn the pump off and switch off the breaker before you remove any panel to read a label.
Filters
- Filter tanks have a label on the tank with the model and filter area. Cartridges often have a number on the end cap.
- No number? Measure the cartridge's length, outside diameter and the hole at each end.
- Pump and breaker off, and relieve the pressure (gauge at 0) before you open the filter.
Lights, cleaners, covers & more
- Lights: look for a tag on the cord or a label on the fixture, and tell us the voltage and the niche size if you know it. Leave removing a light to an electrician.
- Cleaners: the model is on a label on the cleaner body or the power supply.
- Valves, drain covers and fittings: the brand and size are usually molded into the part. Certified drain covers are marked with the standard they meet.
- Covers, liners, ladders and boards: send the brand tag if there is one, plus photos and your pool's shape and measurements.

Not sure which part you need?
Show a pool tech on a video call. Point your phone at the equipment pad, the display or code, and the labels (with the power off before you open anything), and the tech tells you what's wrong and which part to order, before you spend money on the wrong one. Video calls start at $49.
Pool parts questions
How do I know which pool part I need?
Send us a photo of the label on the equipment (pump motor, filter tank, heater rating plate or salt cell), plus the old part if you have it, and describe what it's doing, including any code or light. A pool tech matches the part to your exact equipment before we quote. If you're not sure what's wrong, a short video call lets a tech look at it with you first.
Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?
We find the correct OEM or compatible part for your equipment, and your quote tells you which one it is. Prefer the original manufacturer's (OEM) part only? Just say so in the notes and we'll quote OEM.
How fast will I get a quote?
Quotes typically arrive by email within 1 business day (24 hours). Parts with complicated lookups can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if yours does.
How much does a pool part cost, and how do I pay?
It depends on the part and the equipment, so every request gets its own quote by email with price and availability. Nothing is ordered until you approve the quote. Then we email you a secure Square payment link; your card details go to Square and never touch our site. Your quote lists the part price, shipping and, for New York delivery addresses only, NY sales tax.
What about shipping, returns and warranty on parts?
Shipping: shipping is quoted per order and depends on the part, where it ships from and its availability (in stock, back order or special order), so your quote shows the shipping cost, options and timing. We email you tracking once it ships. Returns: the best return is the one you never need, which is why a pool tech confirms the part fits before you pay. If something still isn't right, contact us before sending anything back and we'll work with you; returns are reviewed case by case. Electrical parts (motors, drives, boards, heater controls, power centers) and special-order items can't be returned once ordered. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
Can I install the part myself?
Cartridges, baskets, lids, O-rings and gauges are simple, with the pump and breaker off and the filter pressure relieved. Motors, drives, heater parts, salt cell power centers, lights and anything wired at line voltage or connected to gas should be installed by a qualified pool technician or licensed electrician. We'll tell you which kind your part is, and help you find a local pro if you need one.
What if the part doesn't fix the problem?
We check in after your part arrives. If a part we sold you doesn't fix the problem, your follow-up video call is half price, so a tech can work out what's next.
Do I need a video call to order a part?
No. If you know what you need, just send the request form. If you're not sure which part it is, a video call with a pool tech (starting at $49; you choose the call type when you book) lets a tech identify it before you buy.
