Water care
Chemical feeders, test kits and water care
Feeders, testing and the parts that keep your water right, matched to the equipment you have.
Two safe first checks
- Test the water with a fresh kit or strips. CDC says to test chlorine and pH at least twice a day when the pool is in use.
- Check the feeder's lid, O-ring and dial for cracks or blockages.
Still not sure? Show a pool tech on a short video call before you buy, so you only order the part you need.
Which part? Common symptoms
| What you're seeing | Parts often involved |

| No chlorine from tablets | Feeder dial or check valve, or water flow |
| Readings you don't trust | Expired reagents or strips |
| Controller readings drift | pH or ORP probe (tech check first) |

Chemical controllers, pumps & sensors
pH and ORP controllers, peristaltic pumps, probes and tubing (installed by a qualified tech).
Common sign: Readings drift, or the feed pump won't run.
Ozone & UV systems

What to send us
The label on the feeder or controller, the kit name or reagent numbers, and your latest test results.
Where to find the model and part numbers
- Feeders and chemical controllers have a label on the body with the model.
- For test kits, send the kit name or reagent numbers on the bottles.
- Probes and sensors have a part number printed on the body or cable.

Common questions
How often should I replace test reagents?
Reagents and strips expire. Check the date on the bottle or container, and replace them when they're past it.
Why is my water cloudy or green when the feeder is full?
Water problems have many causes, from filtration to pH. Start with our cloudy and green water guides, and a tech can go through your test results on a video call.
Can I return a chemical controller or probe?
Controllers and probes are electrical parts, and electrical parts and special orders can't be returned once ordered. A tech confirms the fault with you before you pay.
