Pool Helpline is from the team behind Fireplace Helpline and Hot Tub Helpline, based on Long Island, New York. After 35+ years of pool service calls, we noticed that a lot of pool equipment problems, from a pump that won't prime to a heater code or a salt cell light, can be diagnosed with a quick video call and the right guidance, and sometimes fixed the same day. Pool Helpline brings that help to pool owners anywhere in the country.
