Shipping

Items ship direct from our supplier partners' warehouses to addresses in the contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or PO boxes for large items). Shipping is shown on every product and charged per package: items from the same warehouse share one charge, and a package ships free once its items reach the amount shown on the product page (small low-cost parts such as o-rings and gaskets ride along in the package but don't count toward that amount). Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–7 business days later. You'll get tracking by email. Large items such as liners and covers can need a freight delivery to some areas; we'll confirm shipping by email before you pay.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for a return address (items go back to the warehouse they shipped from, not to us). Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Refunds go back to your card within 5 business days of the warehouse receiving the return. Opened chemicals, cut-to-size items and special-order parts can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
